  I have been a Bell customer for years and currently have Bell Fibre Internet and four Bell Mobility lines. I recently wanted to upgrade one of my eligible lines to a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I first visited a Bell store, where I received a quote that was much higher than the offer I had seen online. The representative could not clearly explain the difference. I then contacted Bell customer support twice. During one call, I was transferred between three different agents, had to verify my identity multiple times, and was eventually told that I could not upgrade my existing line and would have to add a new line. This was confusing because both my MyBell account and the Bell store showed that my lines were eligible for an upgrade. After spending several hours trying to complete the purchase through Bell, I eventually bought the phone from Best Buy. During the process, I also transferred two of my Bell mobile lines to another provider. What disappointed me most was that after my purchase, a Bell employee called me regarding my upgrade inquiry. When I explained that I had already purchased the phone elsewhere and moved two of my lines to another carrier because of my experience, there was no attempt to understand what had happened, no apology, and no effort to retain my business. The response was simply, "Okay, if you've already purchased your device, then bye." I expected better customer care from a company with whom I've had multiple services for years. It left me with the impression that Bell places more emphasis on acquiring new customers than supporting and retaining loyal existing ones. I hope Bell reviews its customer service and loyalty approach, because long-term customers deserve a better experience.

  I had a lot of problems with a phone purchase. Jayden went above and beyond to help troubleshoot a problem Sim, set up the new phone. The staff also helped my dad who had been the hacked by scammers. The store definitely helped keep him as a Bell customer.
