  I was directed here to replace my defective modem. I was greeted by Mo as soon as I walked in and the modem exchange was very quick and efficient. Mo explained how to install everthing before I left. All my services are back online.

  Had an absolutely amazing experience with Rihanna, who helped my out with replacing my faulty home internet modem, recommended me a great plan for my mobile and made the switching experience absolutely seamless. Great, efficient service like this makes you feel like a valued client who’s time is respected. Would recommend.

  I received an offer for internet in the mail with a special promo code. I went in and spoke to Karman to see how much it would be to add 3 cell phone lines along with the internet. I didn’t sign up then because I was waiting because I had to buy out my cell phone plan with my current provider. I went to sign up today because I bought out of my other contract and the person on the phone said someone at the store used my promo code for another customer and now I can’t use it. After going back to the store and speaking to two different people over the phone, no one can help me out with a new promo code and I can’t get the special offer now. I’m not sure if it was Karman who decided to give my promo code to another customer or if it was another employee. Totally unacceptable! I will be choosing a different provider. Stay away from this location.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with Aish at the Bell location in the Carlingwood Mall. She was very personable, super helpful, and made switching phone providers and setting up internet easy.
