    Iam incredibly disappointed with the service I have received from Bell since trying to set up my home internet. Moving house is already a stressful process, and the incompetence I’ve faced while trying to get a simple installation completed has only added unnecessary burden to an already chaotic time. My issues started on June 1st. I took the afternoon off work to wait for the technician, only for them to never show up. When I called to follow up, I was shocked to be told that my appointment had been cancelled without any notification. To make matters worse, they couldn't reschedule me for June 2nd as they were fully booked, forcing me to sacrifice yet another morning of work on June 3rd. Fast forward to this morning, June 3rd: I spent the entire morning waiting again. When I called at 9:00 AM to confirm, I was put on hold for 15 minutes, only to be told at 11:22 AM that the technician was not coming because my file was 'blocked'—I was never informed about. It is completely unacceptable for a company as large as Rogers to have such poor internal communication and to show so little regard for a customer's time and stress levels during a move. While I eventually spoke with a helpful agent who managed to resolve the 'blocked' file issue and provided a monthly credit—reducing my bill to $55/month for the next year—the compensation does not erase the frustration of missed appointments and lost work hours. I am now waiting for yet another appointment, hoping that this time, the service will actually be installed. Bell needs to do better; customers deserve reliability, not a series of broken promises."

    Mani was amazing helped us in every way possible and she’s so smart… love you mani and thank you soooooo much you did soooo amazing.. might come to bell hahah 🥰💙😅

    Muslim helped me add a second line under my account. But instead he entirely changed my main number which I never consented to! Had to go again and charlie helped us fix that. however the sim on the second line wasn’t activating. Had to back to the store for third time. Instead of issuing us a new sim Charlie just deleted all my esims (they were my work numbers). He did that without asking/informing. They have zero training/concern on respecting customer privacy and information. Now I am having trouble getting those sims and can’t communicate with anyone at work. Beware of this store as professionalism isn’t something they have.

    I had such a great experience at the Bell store thanks to Mani! She helped me set up a new plan and made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I was getting the best option for my needs. What really stood out was her professionalism and positive attitude, she genuinely cares about helping her customers and it shows. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left. If you’re visiting this store, I highly recommend asking for Mani. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and truly amazing at what she does!

    I have had great, helpful experiences in the past from staff here. However, when I quickly dropped by their location this afternoon to answer a basic question about my account, I received (a lack of) help from someone who wasn't helpful. The customer service representative was a female with long, dark hair. When I first asked my question she asked me, "do you have the app?" as if she wasn't happy or able to help me while I was there. Even though I had a simple question about my account that doesn't take much time to answer by herself, she ultimately did not answer it. At first, she was unable to pull up my profile properly right away when provided with my personal information. Then she kept evading my main question and acted somewhat rude with a poor attitude. I told her outrightly that I felt she was being rude to me, but then she said that I was being rude, when I had not been. I asked for her name but she wouldn't even tell me, which probably means she doesn't want any constructive feedback from her manager. I went to her other coworker for assistance with the situation. Even though he was willing to help, when I was trying to tell him what happened, the female customer service agent said that "she didn't need to help you customers," so I just left.
