  I would like to recognize Ahmad at the St-Laurent store for providing truly outstanding customer service. I was transitioning from a Bell Business account to a personal account, and what should have been a straightforward transaction became extremely difficult. Before arriving at the store, I had already spent three hours on the phone with Bell, only to eventually be directed to a retail location. Once at the store, I spent another two hours with Ahmad. Despite having to navigate between the Business Account team, Customer Service, and Mobility, Ahmad remained professional, patient, and completely focused on helping me. What stood out most was that Ahmad advocated for me and the service I was requesting. He took the time to understand what I needed, worked within my preferred price range, and continued looking for solutions despite the many hurdles and conflicting information between departments. His professionalism, patience, and commitment to finding a solution turned an extremely frustrating experience into a positive one. Thank you, Ahmad, for taking the time to listen, advocate for your customer, and make sure my needs were met. Bell is fortunate to have someone like you representing the company. Your customer service truly made a difference.

  Ce jour 23 septembre 2026. Je me suis rendu dans leur succursale pour acheter un téléphone. Mais malheureusement les 3 personnels, ne parlent pas français. Alors qu'on ai censé etre servir les clients avec les deux langues Anglaiset français. J'ai demandé d'être servi en Français, ils disent tous nos french. Je me suis pas cassé la tête et je suis parti. Je vais quitter aussi Bell a cause du service a la clientèle...

  We received truly exceptional service from Pulkit earlier this week at the Bell store at the St. Laurent shopping centre. Long story short, we had some major complications with our newly created account, and Pulkit went above and beyond to help us resolve the issues. He spent over 2 hours with us, rapidly understanding what the problem was, connecting with the relevant Bell team, and patiently helping us to address the issues so that we can have a functioning account. He then provided excellent advice suggesting the best Bell solutions for our needs and even finding some additional discounts. Throughout the process, he remained supportive, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you, Pulkit!
