- LMLarry MckeownOct 2, 20261.0Terrible experience. Nothing but upselling. Showed the employee the online package details to which he responded “ where do you see that” and tried to say it would be nearly $1000 to upgrade. Went to Oshawa centre, met with Arun and had everything complete with zero issues in 15 min.
- DTDawn TollettSep 20, 20261.0I went to buy a new Sim card for my son and was told it's $50 which I know for a fact is not true. I drove 5 mins up the rd and got it for $3. I also over hear the employee giving another customer wrong information. I dont know if he just doesn't know what he is doing or lazy but either way I had a very bad experience

- RWRyan WilliamAug 11, 20261.0buyers be aware. This store likes to try and convince you that you HAVE to buy the protection that is in fact OPTIONAL in order to receive the best plan. My wife and I left as it didn't feel right, and went to a different location where we received a lower payment for the same plan WITHOUT any protections added. This is the second time negotiations have gone this way at this location and we will not be back
- FSFinley SAug 6, 20261.0Went in for a screen Protector replacement only to be told that there is only one employee working and would have to wait 20 minutes to get any service. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else
