  Arun? Aaron? Unsure of how he spelled his name but he was great! Quick, personable, accurate and had us on our way with upgraded phones in 15min. A pleasure to do business with him.

  Yesterday after 8:15pm, around 8:20 pm I went for a sercice at Oshawa centre bell services and store. I met a guy who was calm and nice Mr Aaron. In only like 5 minutes he fixed for me an issue that whitby store guy had spent 2 hours and couldn't. The Whitby store guy had locked out cos his time to close the store was 8pm to stay overnight without communication. I asked the Whitby store guy a simple question 'I came to you having communication, for 2 hours I've been here then you tell me to home without communication, dont you thing you are doing a mistake? He told he is sorry he has to close and he closed at 8pm and I decided to go Oshawa centre where I met the great guy Aaron. In less than 10 minutes I was a happy man. Bell you need great guys like Aaron

  Can’t get a hold of anyone at the store via phone.. I’ve called repeatedly all day. Super frustrating, when I would rather have a conversation before travelling there if it is unnecessary
