  I was in store I was helped by Michael and he made a very difficult process super easy. We were trying to move our phones from Fido to bell and unfortunately the people who sold us the packages were of no help. Michael was so professional and a breath of fresh air!! This gentleman should receive some recognition of a great job well done. He made us continue with bell as I was ready to give up and forget about it. Fantastic service!!!
