  I had the best experience with Jay and moved all my services from Rogers to bell. He got me an amazing deal and was the friendliest person. Ask for Jay and you will be very satisfied.

  This people are literally scamming people.coupe months ago I bought a phone the lady told me your phone and internet will cost you $75 plus tax and stuff like that. I told her in front of camera is it $75? You are not wrong? She lied to me she said don’t worry, now I’m paying $94 every single month for worst internet connection ever that I had in my life, I went there they said it has nothing to do with us go talk to customer service. Never ever take plan with these company, especially this location. Shame

  I purchased a new iPhone and mobility plan last week at this store and was served by E.K. Lee-Johnson. What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with her! Her knowledge, expertise and wonderful personality made the entire process seamless and easy. She should be commended for second-to-none customer service. Thank you again E.K. !!

  Last week I had one of the best in store experiences ever. I am always hesitant to go into store for anything in case its a waste if time or takes forever. My mother jn law needed a phone and plan revamp which was long over due. I called before I came and spoke to E.K who was great so I decided to head to the store E.K made everything easy, for us and very comfortable. One of the best service experiences I've ever had. I asked her for her card because of just how great they did and this is the only avenue I'll tske when needing anything related to any of mine or my family's bell products or needs. Thabks again for an exceptional experience!
