  I purchased a new iPhone and mobility plan last week at this store and was served by E.K. Lee-Johnson. What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with her! Her knowledge, expertise and wonderful personality made the entire process seamless and easy. She should be commended for second-to-none customer service. Thank you again E.K. !!

  Last week I had one of the best in store experiences ever. I am always hesitant to go into store for anything in case its a waste if time or takes forever. My mother jn law needed a phone and plan revamp which was long over due. I called before I came and spoke to E.K who was great so I decided to head to the store E.K made everything easy, for us and very comfortable. One of the best service experiences I've ever had. I asked her for her card because of just how great they did and this is the only avenue I'll tske when needing anything related to any of mine or my family's bell products or needs. Thabks again for an exceptional experience!

  I got FANTASTIC service from the staff at this location, I can't recall the gentleman's name who helped me but he was STELLAR at his job and made my purchase of a new phone smooth, easy and stress free. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, well done!!

  I stopped by the Bell store to buy a screen protector for my phone, and just like on my previous visits, E.K. took exceptional care of me. True service with a smile! E.K. is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to consistently receive such amazing customer service these days, and it never goes unnoticed.
