- PPPremMay 2, 20261.0Store manager mentioned, they disable data roaming and will not get charged, but I got heavy charge and when I call bell customer support, they said, there is no such option. You have to manually turn your data off. That's one of the way for Bell to make money by giving false information and 2nd not giving any such option. If someone travel to outside country they will get charge either they use or not.

They do not let you explain what you need, they do not let you speak, if you are not going to buy something then they decide not to help you. Very bad customer service and a single employee causes your store to receive a bad review. And I do not recommend this store and I will not return.
