I signed up for Fibe TV on Friday, September 11, and as of today, Sunday, September 13, I still don’t have a working service. I’ve spent more than 4 hours on the phone with technical support, created escalation tickets, and gone through multiple troubleshooting attempts, yet the issue remains unresolved. What’s most frustrating is the lack of effective follow-up and communication. I became a new customer expecting a reliable service, but instead I’ve spent hours trying to get the service I’m already paying for. This is simply unacceptable. I expect Bell to take ownership of the issue, provide a clear resolution, and explain why it has taken this long to get a basic service working.
