Especially This place because they take advantage of the Elders who just want to cancel or close their account with virgin mobile. They pretend to close the account but do not input the correct phone number in their computers and just say that they can't find the account and that it's already closed. Visited Thursday November 2, 2017at around 6pm and an Asian guy with tattoos on his arm and a girl was there at the time.. They are probably trained not to be able to close accounts there so that Elders are forced to continue paying monthly bills that they don't need. Get your act together Virgin Mobile. I would give it a Zero star if i could. They suck.
