  Bianca, gave me information about the contract and usage that I believe was misleading. Important details about the plan and additional charges were not clearly explained, and I ended up paying much more than expected in overage fees. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve honest, clear, and accurate information before signing a contract. I strongly caution anyone considering this location to double-check every contract term, usage limit, and additional fee in writing before signing anything. Honestly, I hope this Fairview Virgin Plus location ends up closing soon, just like some of the other stores.

  I had an excellent experience at the Virgin Plus store. Sales Associate Ahamed was friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. He clearly explained the BYOP plans and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs. He answered all my questions professionally and made the activation quick and easy. Great customer service—I highly recommend Ahamed if you’re visiting this store!

  Very helpful service I was looking for lucky mobile. First was visit to bell mobile because they have and the staff of bell only said can’t help you have to call them. So I try ask virgin plus and very thankfully for Ansar help me. So professional and so helpful

  Fung was super helpful in helping us get a phone and a phone plan! He was dedicated and patiently walked us through the entire process! I highly recommend coming here and asking for Fung if you’d like a new plan or a new phone
