  Bell Internet router exchange of dead one with fresh one was seamless as directed by tech support. Friday 4 pm no customer line up so service was fast

  Excellent service very much enjoyed working with ROZHAN and Young. They're very We're very helpful and I would definitely come back the next time I need a phone. I enjoyed my time with them. That would be great.

  I came into the bayview village Bell store in the hopes of setting up a cell phone and home internet plan and I was assisted by Ari who did a spectacular job at assisting me, answering all my questions and setting up my new cellphone and internet plan. My experience was seamless and felt very personable.

  At 82 I had no idea that the modem was connected to my land line. I actually thought that I myself did some wrong by pushing a wrong button on my phone to stop it from working. My son suggested that I call Bell who after about an hour on my cell phone suggested that I get a new modem. Well the whole process was frustrating and not particularly fun for me with getting the wires in the right places and 3 trips to the Bell Store plus another hour on my cell phone I now have a working land line, TV and internet. I apologize to everyone who dealt with me a fossil not IT educated. Please be patient with my lack of understanding how everything today works.

  Extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from @BellCanada. I signed up for Fibe TV on Friday, September 11, and as of today, Sunday, September 13, I still don’t have a working service. I’ve spent more than 4 hours on the phone with technical support, created escalation tickets, and gone through multiple troubleshooting attempts, yet the issue remains unresolved. What’s most frustrating is the lack of effective follow-up and communication. I became a new customer expecting a reliable service, but instead I’ve spent hours trying to get the service I’m already paying for. This is simply unacceptable. I expect Bell to take ownership of the issue, provide a clear resolution, and explain why it has taken this long to get a basic service working.
