He added a service and a phone to my account without my consent, and when I tried to fix these issues in the store, he was so rude and told me to leave the store, shouting at me loudly and used very offensive words.I'm going to file a CRTC complaint about this matter and Michael.If Bell sees this, please take action to save your customers like me.After 20 years I'm leaving Bell because of this person.
