  I visited Bell today and i am delighted to share my experience with Tom. He is very helpful to our queries and help set up our home internet with a pleasant explanation. Really appreciate Tom for the time and effort. Highly recommend Tom for everything matters he is amazing.

  If every Bell employee had Tom’s knowledge and confidence, Bell’s customer service would be legendary. After getting different answers from phone agents and other stores, I walked into the Yorkdale Bell store completely confused. Tom took one look at my situation and basically said, “Nope, that’s not how it works,” which was honestly the most reassuring thing I’d heard all day. He quickly set up my new iPhone 17, explained the eSIM process, got everything connected properly, and made what seemed complicated look easy. No guessing, no confusion, no passing me to someone else—just someone who actually knows his job and knows it well. Tom saved me a lot of time, frustration, and headaches. I really appreciate his professionalism, patience, and expertise. Bell needs more people like him. Thanks again, Tom, you turned a stressful phone upgrade into a smooth and painless experience!   Tom is a complete scammer. I’m saying this honestly and sincerely to warn people. We were supposed to trade in our old phone and get a new one. But Tom NEVER told us that we had to return the old phone immediately. Because of HIS mistake, I got charged an extra $600 on my bill. When I saw the charge, I went back to him multiple times and explained the situation. He admitted that after paying around $300, the payments would go back to normal within a month because the system needed time to update after returning the old phone. We trusted him and followed every single instruction he gave us. We returned the old phone one month later because nobody informed us properly in the first place. Now it has been over a month, and the $600 charge is STILL on my account. On top of that, they charged me another $170 two or three days ago. When I messaged Tom again, instead of helping, he told me to “call customer service” and acted arrogant, like none of this was his responsibility. He literally spoke as if I had no right to expect an answer from him. This entire situation happened because of Tom’s incompetence and dishonesty. I did EVERYTHING he told me to do, exactly as instructed, and I’m still dealing with this nightmare. Do NOT trust Tom. Do NOT shop at this location. Be very careful before doing business with these people.

From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my needs.   I have had a very disappointing experience with Bell Canada which seems to have fallen way below the reputation of its illustrious name. The installer refused to install ethernet; he said they were not permitted and installed wifi instead, which is inferior to ethernet. They also insisted I order tv service which I do not use and did not want. The monthly price of my service increased from $140 to $166. When I complained they reduced the price back down to $140, but after six months or so it increased again. When I tried to reduce my phone service in order to get the price down, they raised it to $220! At that point I cancelled my service online and ordered Teksavvy. The online cancellation process is very hard to find. Even though the new service was installed by a Bell Canada installer, Bell started sending me notices that I had not paid my bill and although I provided a phone number to reach me several times it took them two weeks to respond. I still have to return their hardware; the whole process of cancelling has taken well over a month. Teksavvy installed a wire with a router that also broadcasts wifi for my Alexa device and is much better and a fraction of the price at $85 per month and with much better customer service. The performance is also superior by a significant margin. And after all of that, Bell had the audacity to send me a late payment bill of $6.07 for the delay that they caused!
