  I had a frustrating experience with a couple of Bell stores and online, getting turned away or given incorrect information. Thankfully, I met Brianna at this store. Although she’s new, she was patient, willing to learn, and genuinely tried to help. With her manager’s support, she got the watch and plan activated and working for my daughter. I really appreciated her honesty and effort, Brianna and her manager definitely deserve the 5 stars!

  I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Abby. She was kind, patient, and extremely helpful in assisting me with changing my mobile phone number. Unlike other stores that were unable to support me in finding a suitable number, Abby took the time to carefully guide me through the process. She remained patient throughout our 43-minute call and provided approximately 30 different number options, which helped me select a number that I am very pleased with. I am truly grateful for her support and professionalism. Thank you, Abby, for your assistance.

  Don’t ever get a plan here, specially monthly plan. They trick you into believing that you are getting a good deal but after 3-4 months you will get a price increase that’s a leg and arm and I’m talking about more than $10 dollar increase absolutely ridiculous. Why even offer a promo if you gonna increase the price. How did $39.95 plan went to $50 plan?? Worst customer service ever too. I immediately cancelled my plan after the increase.

  I visited this location to look into financing a new phone, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The sales associate was deliberately vague and refused to provide a conclusive, itemized breakdown of the offer in writing when asked. He kept verbally quoting a "$50/mo" device price, despite the monitor clearly showing a higher standard monthly financing rate with options like the "Flex Option" unchecked. ​When I asked direct questions about the total plan cost, upfront HST on the device, and whether the quote required returning the phone after 2 years, he became incredibly defensive and evasive rather than transparent. Instead of providing standard customer service and a written summary, his refusal to share the actual terms created an completely unnecessary, high-pressure argument on the sales floor. ​Be very careful if you come to this location. Make sure you see the actual legal order summary in writing before agreeing to any verbal promises. Shady marketing tactics and a total lack of transparency.
