  Best bell service by far! Had the pleasure of visiting this location and was very happy with the amount of service I received helping me choose and install a case for my iPhone along with any questions I had about bell services. Mo was super informative and helpful and really made my visit pleasant. He definitely knew what he was talking about and I got the right products for my phone. Thanks Mo!

  Tom helped me switch my services from a different provider — this is usually such a hassle but he made it super easy for me. Leaving the store, everything worked perfectly and there were no surprises on my bill. Best telecom company experience I’ve ever had.

  Absolutely ridiculously bad staff. Had an appointment, they couldn't help me with what I made the appointment for, quesitoned why the appointment had gone through as if that's my fault. No apology. When I asked what Bell should I go to that can help me, since making an appointment doesn't guarantee anything, asking what store should I go to, I don't want to be going all over town. He suggested Eaton's Centre, across the city, with no guarantee I could be helped there. When I said that is across the city, you can't tell me where I can replace my modem without a guessing game? The employee told me to use Google maps and figure it out myself. What are the employees here for if they can't help in any way whatsoever?

  I'm writing this review to share my disappointing experience at the Bell Yorkdale location. The sales representative I dealt with was unprofessional, and throughout our interaction I felt like he was far more focused on closing a sale than on giving me clear, accurate answers to my questions. Because of this, I was never informed that the new plan came with a 2-year contract commitment a critical detail that should have been explained upfront. As a result, I had to keep my existing internet service and go through the unnecessary hassle of cancelling the new plan, doing work twice that should never have been necessary in the first place. I understand that sales staff have targets to meet, and I don't fault him for trying to sell. But when a customer asks a direct question and doesn't get a straight, accurate answer, it creates real confusion and wastes the customer's time. Transparency shouldn't be optional, especially for something as important as a contract term. I hope Bell takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are properly informing customers of contract terms before finalizing any plan changes
