I was so impressed by the service of the young filipino guy i think his name was Jericho. I just walked in on a whim to shop around for phone plans. He was very informative about the different plans and promotions. I sadly couldn't get anything yet because I am on a contract with a different provider but after its done I know where to go. Thank you Jericho

Come see Deep at this location. He is a Gem! He knows what he is doing, knows how to effectively read screens, has a customer-first bend of mind, and has strong leadership acumen! I would recommend him to any customer, and he is an asset to the team. Don't lose him. Cause if you do, I'll make sure some other company hires him :)

I would like to give a recommendation for the service which I was given by Bell service associate by the name of Elize. I reviewed an outstanding service from her. I thank her very much. Excellent!

Worst store ever...they literally laugh in your face...literally!!! I had an existing phone bill with them from years ago. Over the phone they told me to go to this store with government ID because i didnt have the account number. They literally put me on the phone in the store for another 30 mins speaking to a robot till I lost my cool. You cant go to a bell store with only government ID to pay a phone bill. I can go to bass pro shops and buy a gun with government ID!!!And then proceed to laugh in your face after wasting 45 mins of your time... Am I the one who's crazy??? Government id isn't enough??? Who cares about a two year account number

This store, while the manager was present and part of the discussion, changed my account without my permission and charged me for that. I tried to buy a phone and they told me that will result in changes to my plan. I said NO. They confirmed they reversed everything as I did NOT SIGN anything. Next bill I have received a 40$ charge for changes to my plan and my plan was changed to 95$ instead of 76$ and was not share any longer. I spoke to Bell, there is nothing they can do once someone applies that change to the account as the plan does not exist anymore. They want people to buy more expensive plan and the second they trick the customer, hidden changes will be sneaked upon.
