- MYMiao Yi2 days ago1.0We visited this Bell store to order a Google Pixel 10 Pro. When we arrived, Jenny briefly asked what we needed and then told us to wait. She immediately went to assist another customer, and we were left waiting with no meaningful updates. After nearly two hours, she only told us to continue waiting, so we decided to leave. The customer service experience was extremely disappointing. Spending almost two hours without assistance or a clear estimate of when we would be helped is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this store.
