I had to come into the store because I changed my service provider for my internet and cell phone. I needed support to activate my phone so I came into the physical store. She not only helped me with it super quickly, but then she let me know that I could have received three times the speed for just $5 more on my internet. This was not communicated to me on the phone. Judith went through all the trouble to cancel my previous internet agreement and set up a new one. It took some time but she was very supportive! I'm so glad that I've joined Bell!

She solved all of my concerns and my experience of purchasing my new phone was very positive. She advised me of all of the prices and options and, because of her knowledge, I purchased a pair of wireless headphones that I didn't know were even available. She explained all of the options and prices and I was able to make an informed decision. Jenny was very kind and respectful towards me as she saved a blue Galaxy phone for me that I was unable to purchase on the first day and she ⁹would not sell it to someone else as she knew that I would be coming back on the next afternoon on Friday, July 17th, 2026. I could tell that all of the Bell employees were highly professional at this Bell store and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who is looking for a relaxing experience buying a cell phone and related products.
