I only intended to ask a quick question about home internet, but I was helped by a sales associate named Pouya, and the experience completely changed my plans for the better. Pouya was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Instead of rushing me through a simple answer, he took the time to walk me through the available plans and explain the options clearly. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up switching not only my home internet to Bell, but also my mobile phone plan. This kind of thoughtful, well informed service is rare, and it made a real difference in my decision to trust Bell with both my home and mobile services. Every company needs more employees like Pouya, patient, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about what they offer.
