  I had an excellent experience at the Bell office, thanks to Keith. He was very professional, respectful, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Keith took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate the way he treated me and the excellent customer service he provided. Employees like Keith make a big difference in the customer experience.   I recently had an extremely positive experience with Ford at the Bell store at Northgate Mall. He's extremely knowledgeable and was able to help me set up plans for the family within our price range. I would recommend working with Ford to others any day.

  I wanted to port a phone number I had at the company I just left, the service person told me to do it on phone. Then I said okay, well once I ported it I’d need a new account, he told me you can also do that on a phone call. So I asked him so what do you guys do? His response “sales” as he pointed at the phones. Lol, but I can also buy that online. Lots of brick and mortar stores closing as stuff moves online, but it’s cause they’ve lost the human touch, so why then even have them around?
