  Ford was wonderful and patient explaining my new upgraded phone and plan. He couldn’t have been kinder. When I forgot my password he explained very thoroughly the steps I would need to take at home to finish setting up my phone. He also reminded me he would be there until 8;00 pm if I needed to return to the store. Thanks to Ford my phone is fully set up. A very satisfied customer.

  Trish fixed my problems for me within 5 minutes and was incredibly delightful and friendly. Excellent service from her. Amazing 🤩

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. We have moved in to a new apartment and Bell was the one had internet lines in our neighbourhood so we went with Bell. It is a new build apartment building so we knew we had to wait until the lines were done (around August 3rd) so we called and set up an appointment for August 9th which was the earliest we could get in between 8am and 5pm so we stayed home all day only for them to no call and no show. My fiancé called and they said there was an issue on their “back end” because the “contractor” that put the internet lines never updated that it was completed and they would call us back with a date and time to come back and set it up. It is now currently August 14 and we have had no internet and they state there is “nothing” they can do about it and have given us no resolution. To say we are beyond frustrated would be an understatement.

  I was at Bell store at the Northgate Mall Tuesday evening! I received excellent service from the sales consultant Keith Fetterly! I purchased two new phones which he was very knowledgeable and set everything up that I needed! Excellent customer service 👏

  Don't ever get rid of the guy named Ford from the Bell Store in the Northgate Square Mall in North Bay Ontario because he's amazing. Really went the extra mile to help me and my 90 year old mom. Thank you Ford.
