  i had ongoing issue with bell and i went into the nears store to my house and i was pleasantly surprised with adam he is genuinely one of the sweetest souls he went above and beyond his job description and helped me solved my issue it wasn’t his expertise it wasn’t his obligation it wasn’t his job but it didn’t matter he handled it like he knew me forever thansk andrew ur the best this guy deserves and raise make home a bell exec

  Charlotte is a nothing but a gem in the industry. In terms of customer service, Charlotte sets the bar really high; I don't think I will ever meet anyone so friendly and helpful ever again in the industry. Our interaction was great, she's the 'get it done' type of person and I appreciate all that she did for my wife and I. She goes above and beyond for even the simplest of task and her patience / customer focused attitude is legendary. The world needs more Charlottes, I applaud her level of service and dedication. If there's anyone in this world that needs a promotion / pay raise, it's Charlotte.

  Five weeks ago I was offered a bargain cellphone rate while I was visiting the Dixie Mall. Turns out the offer appeared bogus. So I immediately cancelled the transfer out from Freedom to Bell. For the next five weeks I was negotiating with Freedom and Bell tech support to locate my number. This number is my business contact and very important to me. Freedom claimed that Bell had the number and Bell claimed that the number was still with Freedom. In utter exasperation I walked into the local Bell mobility shop some two weeks ago. There, Andrew and Charlotte took ownership of my problem. They discussed the issue with tech support teams on both sides. Andrew determined that Freedom still had my number. It had never left Freedom. I was very upset at the news. Now I wanted to find the number and have it released to Bell after all the nonsense from Freedom. That task was accomplished by Charlotte today. Without her, I would still be in limbo with the tech support teams. Without Charlotte I would not have a working phone and I am very grateful to her diligence, perseverance and knowledge. Thankyou. A BIG thumbs up.
