They went well above and beyond to provide me the same features that I had, at a much better price. Without any prompting, they found every discount possible to give me the best value! I’m extremely grateful for their level of professionalism and help. Would recommend this location to anybody!

We were frustrated and planning to leave for a competitor a few steps away in the mall, but Yash's approach to solve our problem was creative, empathetic, structured and honest. He asked us to come back three weeks later to complete the process and everything went smoothly. We have never experienced this level of customer service from a Canadian Telco before - Yash has made a lifelong Bell customer out of us. Never thought I would say that !
