  Great service from Megan at Virgin Bayshore location. We spent over an hour on the phone trying to get an old physical SIM to an electronic one for my new i-phone. No luck. Megan succeeded within minutes. Excellent service! Thank you Megan!

  Tina was amazing she should train everyone else. She was super friendly. I came for a sim swap and I ended up switching my other lines from Telus to Bell and get home internet.
