- JDJessica Dove6 days ago5.0Same-day service for drop off shredding. Absolutely painless experience, which took five minutes, here in Ottawa. This was a very small fraction of what I would have spent through UPS or Staples shredding services. I paid $11 per paper box that I dropped off. This is how paper shredding should operate at a cost that is reasonable for the service provided. I found all the other options in town to be ridiculous for any high volume of shredding.

I call three companies for service and price comparison and there was no contest, RecordXpress exceeded on both counts. I had 151 bankers boxes of files to be picked up and shredded. Three well identified, friendly polite gentlemen showed up at the scheduled time and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company RecordXpress!!
