  My daughter had a horrific experience with a representative at this location. She went in to see how much her phone would be worth on a trade in to a new phone/contract He FORCED an unauthorized contract on her AND an additional monthly fee of $45 She told him no she is on maternity leave and can not afford that…she tried to leave 3 times and he would not let her.. she faked an emergency call to just get away from him. Plus she told him it was cheaper on line and she would do it there. He refused to listen to her. Needless to say she left there crying. I’ve spoken to assistant manager although he seemed helpful NOT one apology and he seened to feel “his” employees do not act this way. I’m here to say they do and he did. Think twice about going to this location

  I wanted some information on the poor quality of phone signal only to be pushed towards purchasing a new phone. The sales people operate on commission so general inquires are not in their personal interest. The store is affiliated with Bell but not run by Bell from the information provided to me. Bad experience

  Ash (store manager) was incredible to work with - very knowledgeable, accommodating for our schedule, and competent so we trusted what he was doing for us. He worked hard to get us the right deal for 4 mobile phone plans and even helped us when we made mistakes setting up the phones. We weren't going to switch to Bell but Ash made it seamless and less of a hassle than we expected.

  Huge shoutout to Ash at bell barrhaven for making the process of getting my new phone completely seamless, and made sure I walked out with the best deal and set up I needed without any hassle. Exceptional customer service

  No one greeted at the store was waiting for 10 mins only to find out they did not have the replacement modem and this was after setting up an appointment with them.
