  Simon at Bell outlet on Merivale Rd Ottawa, most amazing customer service under your employ I have ever met in my 20 + years a customer!! Patient, explains perfectly to 2 old folks, kind,, listens, calm, dry throat he gets me a cup of water. In store some tried to call- a scammer sowed us how to delete etc. and most importantly helped us find a good plan to bundle and learned more than I did in my computer course of 2000 at Algonquin !!!Ty Simon / Bell !!

  When my partner and I walked in there were 4 employees standing there. A younger man by the name “Hameen” was very rude and made me feel like a burden while I was there. My newly upgraded phone wasn’t working and I couldn’t use my old phone. He told me he couldn’t help me and I had to call bell. So I said with my broken phone? He then went to write down the number and rolled his eyes clearly annoyed. I hope this employee can work on his customer service (perhaps put this man in a drifter ent position where he doesn’t have to interactive with anyone since it clearly bothers him so much) and reflect on how you can effect people’s day, kindness goes a long way! I got much better service at Rideau centre, never go to Merivale :)
