- KMKevin MacNeilSep 18, 20261.0I have always used this Bell store when upgrading my Bell Services. Last time I went in, I spoke with a very pleasant person, that seemed to know what he was doing. I left the store with a phone I was told would finish updating, when I got home, NOT, a plan I thought I had purchased, to find out it was missing a promised discount. I went back to the store the following day to be told by the manager and another employee I would have to deal with the original salesperson. Customer Service for those individuals 0/10. Then after multiple calls I was able to find out that the original salesperson had submitted a form to correct his error, however, did not call me to let me know. Customer Service for that individual 0/10. Finally, I was told that the 40 Admin Charge could be waived by Customer Service. When I called, they told me that they don’t do that anymore. SO, I used an Online Escalation and Complaint process, and they were able to fix my problem, and waive the fee. Customer Service Centre for that individual 10/10. General Advice, avoid the Bell Store are Bayshore Shopping Centre.
