  Thank you, thank you Shelly. DHL corporate was quite the pain to deal with and had delayed my over night package to taking 3 days to deliver instead of the promised 1 day, but I got so much help from Shelly at the front desk of DHL in Hamilton to dig through and find my package. DHL 1/5 but Shelly is a 10/5.

  I had an incredibly frustrating week trying to get my shipment cleared by customs. But yesterday at Mount Hope location, I met Shelley at the front office who helped me tremendously. She took the time to explain the entire process clearly and helped me get my shipment cleared, resolving a week of running around in just one visit. Her customer service is top-notch, and I am so appreciative of her patience and expertise. Thank you, Shelley!

  I went to Mount Hope DHL to pick up my shipment. I had no idea I had to have customs clear my package, Shelly at the front office explained in detail where I had to go to get the documents stamped, when I returned she was so busy with multiple customers. She was multitasking and very patient while engaging with everyone. She has the ability to make every individual feel like they’re the only person in the room, even when juggling many tasks at the same time and maintaining composure without sacrificing quality. A rare trait indeed! Amazing service, thank you Shelly! I will use this location for my future shipping needs!

  I want to sincerely thank Lynda Brunetti for her outstanding customer service and support. I had been struggling for over 5 months to resolve a rejected shipment issue. DHL customer service repeatedly told me they would not contact customs and that I had to handle it myself. When I contacted customs, they clearly explained that the carrier (DHL) needed to submit the request to CBSA—but I kept getting the same response from DHL with no help. Then I connected with Lynda—and everything changed. Without hesitation, she stepped in and took ownership of the situation. Her professionalism, deep knowledge, and willingness to truly help made all the difference. She took the time to clearly explain the process and immediately worked toward resolving the issue, something no one else had been willing to do. After months of frustration, Lynda was the only person who genuinely cared and acted. I am incredibly grateful for her dedication and support. Thank you, Lynda, for going above and beyond.
