  Was there 7 days ago. Received a quote for 8 business lines and phones. Was texted repeatedly all week and told they could do even better. Went there today to order the phones and lines and was told that the prices had gone up and they could no longer offer the pricing from last week that I was repeatedly told they could do even better. What a waste of time. Will take my business elsewhere. Deceitful practices to try to trick you into signing 2yr contract. Shameful

  I visited a Virgin kiosk and needed assistance with my account. Gagandeep was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure my issue was resolved quickly. Her excellent customer service and friendly attitude made my experience very positive. I truly appreciate her support and would like to thank her for going above and beyond to help me.   In Halton Hills, Georgetown, and many areas of Brampton, the signal is very weak. I live in Georgetown and always have network issues.
