  Spent 20 mins walking bcuz it was the closest virgin plus to me. I arrive at 8:30pm when online it says closed at 9pm; but they had closed at 8pm an hr early. I wasted 20 mins to to arrive and now wasting another 20 go back home. If you change the closing time make sure it shows online!

  Replaced a sim card today with Mashal the store clerk, he phoned NCS to set it up I asked NCS on the phone if there was a charge for the new sim card and the lady at NCS said NO charge. Then Mashal insisted we pay $20 for a new SIM card. I tried calling his manager Nidhi but no answer. I will update my review if I am reimbursed for the SIM card. This was a very bad interaction.

  Had a really good experience at the Virgin Plus store. Nidhi helped me get my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and explained everything clearly. She was patient with all my questions and didn’t rush the process. What surprised me most was the deal she found — I ended up getting the phone and plan for around $70/month, which felt like a great price for this phone. Really smooth and honest service overall.
