  The young men who came were courteous quick and efficient. One of them had come last week and recognized they needed 3 men not just two, given the treadmill needed to go upstairs, and he was worried about damage and came back today with another team. Very appreciated.

  First off, the delivery folks were great - got the job done in 15 minutes. This is about everything prior to to delivery. Poor technology and even worse support centre. I was given a 12-4pm delivery window, and was supposed to receive a text 30 minutes prior to delivery. On the day of, I received a text that narrowed my delivery window between 1:43pm to 3:13pm. I called at 3:32pm to enquire about the delivery, as the online notification system showed they were still in another city. The lady regurgitated all the information shown on the emails without making an attempt to help. She condescendingly said that 3:32pm is still within my window of delivery, rudely cutting off what I was trying to say. If she did some listening, and critical thinking, she would know that I never received the 30-minute text prior to delivery, and adding 30 minutes on top of 3:32pm will make it past the 4pm window. I asked for an updated delivery time, and she said she couldn't help me. Is this not a delivery company?? Are those not your drivers? I asked to escalate to a manager and was promised a call back within a half hour. An hour later, no call. Because it's a matter of principal, I called again. I escalated again. This time, I was promised a call "right after I hang up", and even verified the phone number again. No call. This means a couple of things, which I hope are not true: 1. Your support centre doesn't care about helping customers and resolving conflict. They want a pay cheque and no accountability. 2. Your support centre is lying about their inability to help me get an updated delivery time. 2. Your drivers go rogue and you have no control over delivery times, even though you show your customers that you are in control. I hope there are repercussions for wasting everyone's time.

  Terrible experience. I purchased IKEA furniture and RXO is the delivery company. They supposed to give me a call when they arrive 30 mins in advance but I didn’t receive a call in advance. I was only able to track where the truck is on the website. When I saw they were at my location, I noticed I missed their call and called back within a min. NOBODY picked up the phone and I didn’t see them at all. They just left and put failed delivery. It is ridiculous for furniture delivery like these where they didn’t even give it another call.
