Please beware they are ruthless when placing items in desired location, very careless. Luckily non of the contents of our brand new kitchen were damaged. We reached out to RXO to file a claim for the property damages. They will sound understanding at first and sound like they want to help with the cost of the damages. You send them picture proof of the damages and everything. They will then send you a registered letter, pretty much telling you that you're a liar and that they won't be covering anything. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you order an IKEA kitchen they will be the ones delivering it. For context, they placed all our heavy items on our unfinished floors (oven, dishwasher, cooktop) which caused the damage to the subfloor. When I asked them to move them to the spot they are supposed to go they said " sorry we have another delivery to do". My wife and I had to move them ourselves. Inconvenient to say the least. 0 stars, don't recommend. IKEA also stated we weren't the first to complain about them
