  They pretended to attempt a delivery 2 minutes after it was due but never showed up, look at the picture they attached, didn't attempt at all. Horrible customer service.

  I had very bad experience with FedEx . My phone company sent me a new phone via FedEx. I am at work On July 23,2026and I called FedEx customer service to put it between 2 door at my house, but she said if not go tomorrow to pick it up from our shopping center. I went yesterday to the shipping center to pick it up, unfortunately the customer service said it goes to return but I will call the driver to return back to the shipping center. I gave him my phone number and I said please call me if it return back. He called me and said come tomorrow to pick it up. I went this morning to pick it up and surprisingly she said to me the phone returned back to your company. How it comes I have 40 years customer service experience I didn't see that unacceptable customer service.

  Bad service. Not for this location but for frdex generally,I was told to pick up a package from this location but redirected to another location customer service didn't show any empathy.

  The customer service was excellent, quick and efficient. At the time of day I went (approx. 8:30 pm) there was only one customer at the counter and I was served right away. I also liked the way the place was organized and laid out. This was a much better experience than my last one at a Staples location (see my other reviews). I'd definitely return here.

  The staff here are incredibly rude, dismissive, and act like helping you is a massive inconvenience. Zero professionalism or basic manners. Save yourself the frustration and find a different location to drop off or pick up your packages.
