I specifically requested my package be sent to a pickup location, received confirmation, then drove there only to be told the package was not there. Customer service was unhelpful, communication was inconsistent, and nobody seemed to know where the shipment actually was. The level of incompetence and lack of accountability was incredibly frustrating. For a company that handles international shipping, I expected far better organization and reliability. This entire process wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. I would strongly reconsider using DHL based on this experience.
