- I—ITheShadow—Sep 13, 20261.0Very frustrating experience. I had an appointment specifically for a modem exchange after Bell support approved a replacement. When I arrived, an employee named Nurul told me they had no stock and also told me the Bell store downstairs and the nearby Heartland location had none either. I went downstairs anyway, and they exchanged the modem for me immediately. My issue isn’t that one store was out of stock — it’s that I was given incorrect information about other locations. If I had listened and gone home, I would have had to contact support again, wait for shipping, and return the old modem unnecessarily. Nurul also mentioned that many customers come in for exchanges and leave frustrated. Bell should make sure employees actually verify nearby inventory before sending customers away.
