He solved the problem with my phone instantly and even went the extra mile to look into my account and see if there were any current promotions or better plans available that I could take advantage of. Sure enough, there was a better plan for the same price that I was currently paying so I made the switch on the spot. Josh was very thorough and double checked everything was good to go and my phone was ready to use before I left the store. Overall a very good experience from start to finish and I know where I'm going the next time I need any help with my phone. Highly recommend Josh at Bell ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- MEMike EntaMay 20, 20261.0Was told to bring my phone to Apple by Bell customer service and it was under warranty, went to Apple Waited 3 hrs to be told the phone was out of warranty and they couldn’t do nothing for me, i then went to Bella Square One to be told go back to Apple they can’t do anything for me, I switched all me phones and internet to Bell 2 yrs ago, will be going back to TELUS as soon as my contract is over. Very Poor customer service basically left me in the cold.
