  We had a wonderful experience going to bell. We went in just to check out the prices, (was looking for a phone.) Josh (square one location) was fantastic. He really knew what he was talking about. He was able to find us the best deal. He took his time. We didn’t feel pressured to buy or to be rushed. His patience level and knowledge was exactly what we were looking for. I walked in overwhelmed and walked out with a smile. If anymore is looking to go to bell. (Definitely better than other carriers.) I highly recommend you see Josh.

  The worst phone company I have ever worked with. They track your internet usage and searches (their bwanet, aka the fake google, not to mention they listen in on your calls and this has caused such an issue many news agencys have spoken on it) which is beyond illegal here in canada, they shut off your phone line, data, and essentially brick your phone after THEY make a mistake with your payment (auto payments through the bank should be self explanatory with no hiccups right? No.) As if matters weren't already bad enough, you cannot use the app or log in online to repair any issues or check your account, you have another person's voicemail connected to your own phones voicemail leaving you to have no access to your own voicemail, AND customer support says youre lying when you call them for help or the designated location customer support told you to visit tells you that they cannot do anything to fix the issue without customer supports okay. A literal joke. I would pay 400x the amount i am paying monthly to avoid even one of these issues, especially the tracking, let alone to never have to deal with bell again. Do not waste your time or money with them as its going to cause you more stress than going with another company. Edit: forgot to mention when purchasing my most recent phone I asked for the option with the largest storage. They gave me the one with the smallest storage. Went in person 2 days after plan started and they said there was nothing they could do, not lower the cost of the phone to the cost of the device I did have, or switching the phone for the one I truly wanted. So I was stuck paying an extra fee monthly for a phone I did not have. Great work bell.
