  Khaled was so patient to do a SIM swap. He called and waited for almost half an hour for the Bell department to pick the phone. Not once did he complain. I would recommend Bell for this type of customer service any day!

  Had some random changes on my Bell account for services I never use, and Denny was super helpful in getting it sorted. He took the time to explain everything and even showed me some phone offers and helped me consider my options. No complaints at all—really friendly, supportive, and easy to deal with. I’ll definitely be coming back next week! 🙌

  The staff member who attended to us, Faizan, was very rude and displayed a lack of proper customer service. We came to exchange a watch because the straps were too short and the colour was incorrect, neither of which was our fault. Unfortunately, instead of showing empathy or trying to assist us professionally, he spoke to us in a disrespectful manner and made the experience very unpleasant. We expected better customer service, especially given that we were simply trying to resolve an issue with an incorrect product.
