  I walked into this Bell store with a bizarrely broken phone and very little hope. My Wi-Fi, data, and apps weren’t working, and I was told to stop in and try a new SIM card. That’s when I met Ashad. He was approachable, showed genuine concern and curiosity about my problem, and patiently worked through every troubleshooting step after the new SIM card didn’t solve the issue. He wasn’t quick to shoo me away after exhausting every option. Instead, he walked me through my phone options and plans, and even offered to order the phone I wanted since they didn’t have it in stock. I went back the next day to ask about inventory at other Bell stores, and to my surprise, the phone I wanted had already been delivered. Because of the issues with my old phone, transferring everything to the new one was quite challenging, but Ashad remained patient and determined throughout the entire process. He even offered to stay late if we weren’t able to get everything sorted before closing. I ended up being there for about three hours (through no fault of Ashad’s), but I walked out with a brand-new phone that was fully transferred and ready to use—along with a great deal and monthly plan too. Ashad truly went above and beyond and made what could have been a frustrating experience feel incredibly easy. I would highly recommend him for all your Bell needs. Ashad, if you’re reading this, thanks again!I
