After she sent me out of the store with the idea that she can’t help me… immediately customer service told that she was wrong to send me out and that she was able to resolve the issue when I went back and confronted her about wasting my time she refused to further assist me and went to the back… not sure who does she think she is… I’m not her father in order for her to refuse to speak and to her room slamming the door like a 16 year old angry at her parents. On top of it she refused to show me her name tag to confirm her name

Months ago, I was overcharged, and after calling in, an agent explicitly promised that a credit would be applied to my account and would show up as a deduction on my next bill. Surprise, surprise—the next bill came, and there was no deduction.
