  There was an issue with cell phone, and Chavanjot assisted, and explained what the issue was. It was a matter of sending items to a Laptop. She was very polite, while being friendly. Her smile was genuine and she understood that many people have technical issues considering how quickly things change. Not all of us are technically savy. Hopefully, other issues can be assisted by Chavanjot. She was the only BELL agent present, and at the time other customers were being assisted but did not get frustrated and took the time to help everyone. Thank you

  Sat in store for an hour to be told i cant change my phone plan in store. Then told by customer service that i have to wait a month to pay out my contract. Will be switching services to rogers. Bell is a joke. Canadas largest cellphone provider pyramid scheme.

  Paige was excellent to deal with. She was working alone as coworker never showed up for work. She was very very patient with aĺl her clients. She is was very knowkedgeable and personable. She definitely needs recognition!!!

  Paige was amazing and very helpful. She was polite but straight to the point and did not waste my time. I was able to get what I needed in a timely manner and was very satisfied with the end result.

  The store in Midland couldn’t do a simple ownership transfer so it was easier to switch providers somewhere else. I don’t blame the staff at the store but Bell needs to focus on providing better customer service to their existing clients instead of bombarding them with letters after they have left and wondering why afterwards.
