  Paige was excellent to deal with. She was working alone as coworker never showed up for work. She was very very patient with aĺl her clients. She is was very knowkedgeable and personable. She definitely needs recognition!!!

  Paige was amazing and very helpful. She was polite but straight to the point and did not waste my time. I was able to get what I needed in a timely manner and was very satisfied with the end result.

  The store in Midland couldn’t do a simple ownership transfer so it was easier to switch providers somewhere else. I don’t blame the staff at the store but Bell needs to focus on providing better customer service to their existing clients instead of bombarding them with letters after they have left and wondering why afterwards.

  AVOID BELL CANADA AT ALL COSTS. CORRUPT COMPANY! Terrible customer service. Bell advertised 25 Mbps internet but delivered only 9–16 Mbps the entire time. The line to my building was never set up for those speeds, which Bell did not tell me, so the service never worked properly. I returned the modem on May 28 and cancelled on May 31, but Bell still withdrew $244.08 on June 21, 2026, for service I did not receive. Now I am working with CCTS to try and get my money back and have also informed CRTC.
