  FedEx made two delivery attempts for my package (which required an adult signature) during standard work hours when nobody was home. There was no option given to schedule a time when I was actually available, and the drivers just kept trying at the exact same inconvenient times.When I finally tried to arrange a pickup myself, I had to wait a long time just to get confirmation. On top of that, the hours available to pick up the package were extremely limited and inconvenient. For a major delivery service, the process lacks flexibility and customer support for people who work during the day.

  I stopped by on Saturday, and there were three employees sitting around doing nothing. They didn’t seem to care about helping me or my business at all. The level of customer service was extremely disappointing. I will never use FedEx again.

  Quick fast and easy drop off. For big parcel 📦 need to come to Fedex Ship centre... So I have visited this location. The support staff is easy to work with. I just hand over my receipt or written label and the print. All those require stickers and just took my stuff so it's very convenient and it's easy having a lots of parking space. Only one thing to not the employee parking and the customer parking on a different sides. So when you drive through just make sure you are parking on the right location. The staff is easy to interact. The support me the help me to pick my parcel because it's pretty heavy and they are friendly.

  A very bad delivery experience, I was waiting for the package and I was home all day waiting but the doorbell didn’t ring and I didn’t hear any knocking on the door, but suddenly I received a notification saying that an attempt was made to deliver the package just to check the door and find a tag placed on it from Fedex. I called their 800 Number assuming that a company like this would have a service system and structure that is efficient and good enough to communicate with the driver who is most probably still in the area, and that I will be traveling for the coming days, but shockingly; they are operating on a very poor and outdated service system (or maybe this is intentional) where they can only place a request for the dispatch center then it’s completely up to the dispatch if and when to process the ticket which conveniently gets thrown until after the weekend, there is no phone number for the dispatch or the driver, a system build to isolate the operation from the customer service. I wish there was a zero star option.
