  A very bad delivery experience, I was waiting for the package and I was home all day waiting but the doorbell didn’t ring and I didn’t hear any knocking on the door, but suddenly I received a notification saying that an attempt was made to deliver the package just to check the door and find a tag placed on it from Fedex. I called their 800 Number assuming that a company like this would have a service system and structure that is efficient and good enough to communicate with the driver who is most probably still in the area, and that I will be traveling for the coming days, but shockingly; they are operating on a very poor and outdated service system (or maybe this is intentional) where they can only place a request for the dispatch center then it’s completely up to the dispatch if and when to process the ticket which conveniently gets thrown until after the weekend, there is no phone number for the dispatch or the driver, a system build to isolate the operation from the customer service. I wish there was a zero star option.

  Do not use FedEx. You can spend almost $150 to get something from Toronto to New York overnight, and it's been a week, and it's still not been delivered. Appalling service. Seriously, how are these people still in business?! Update - It took a week to get something that I paid to get there overnight. And FedEx's response is to use their FAQ. Wow. That's next-level customer service right there, people. Bravo.

  Awful service! No customer service at all. They didn’t even knock on my door, nor did they phoned me to let me know about the delivery. Al I saw was the notice sticker on my mail box. Pathetic!

  I had a great experience at this Fedex location. I was picking up a very large package and wasn't sure if it would fit in my car. The staff were incredibly patient and took the time to help me try different ways to load it instead of just leaving me to figure it out myself. They even let me know they could arrange another delivery if it didn't fit. Thanks to their help, we managed to make it work. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!
