  Very unprofessional service, driver claims my address was incorrect but that wasn’t the case. And this happened after I call FedEx support customer service 1 day before to make sure all my address details are correct including my buzz code and cellphone number. Now I have to find the time to pick my package at the head office and still have to pay the full delivery charge. Way to go FedEx!!

  I wanted to recognize the exceptional customer service provided by Mark. He went above and beyond—first calling me directly, then promptly emailing the documents I needed to ensure my package could cross the border. He also took the time to guide me through completing the forms correctly. I truly appreciate his help and professionalism. FedEx is fortunate to have someone so dedicated on their team—this level of service is rare, especially at a large company. Thank you again, Mark!

  Extremely frustrating experience. I was repeatedly asked for additional information and received multiple phone calls instructing me to fill out forms via email. Despite complying, I was told my package a simple gift to my family in the U.S. would be returned. After waiting an entire two weeks, my family never received it, and the parcel was sent all the way back to Toronto. To make matters worse, I paid over $80 in shipping for absolutely nothing. Completely unacceptable handling, poor communication, and a waste of time and money. Would not recommend.
