I had spent hours with Bell customer on the phone without any results, they just switch me from one department to another. Finally decided to go to the Bell store at Pacific Mall and Foreman resolved my issues promptly. I was trying to transfer my Lucky account to Bell and the phone representative gave conflicting answers but Foreman was patient and professional in resolving this and quickly helped me with the transferred. A true professional!

- ANAmy NiMay 6, 20261.0I wish could give them a 0 star bell costumer service is horrible they have absolutely no experience out modems charger was broken we called bell costumer service they said u can either return it instore the broken on or we will replace it , so the technician will deliver it and give us a new one. We waited for 1 week they still haven’t delivered absolutely horrible service they said they made a ticket for us. But turns out they filled it with the wrong address we had enough. So we went to the pasific mall bell store we gave the broken one in person to the store they gave us a new modem good problems sold 3 months until now we got charged 300 dallors ?????? We called today bell costumer service they said they can’t do anything about. And they can’t reverse the charge ??? It’s been so long they already have the old modem? So what am I supposed to do know . I am about to sue the company I’m never ever gonna use this wifi ever again better off with rogers or smt else there bell costumer service are useless and have no idea what they are doing with bad service .
