  Grant is really an amazing person to work with. With a background in product design, he knows every product and service details, and made me feel vip. He is very patient and knowledgeable, I barely noticed an hour had passed when he helped provided the perfect solution for my business with BELL. Call Grant loudly when you enter the store gate and he is definitely the go-to person. Thanks a million buddy!!

  I got there 5 minutes before they closed. Sarah and Anson helped me with my lost SIM, they stayed behind and made sure it was activated. Highly recommend this location and their extremely excellent customer service!!

  I returned a device to this location, but I have been paying for it for the past three months, and my account still shows that I need to pay the remaining balance. I have called the store four times over the past two months, but they have refused to properly help me or fix the issue. The customer service at this location is extremely rude. They are so rude and do not know how to communicate with customers. I don’t know how the rating is high😶 Today, I called again to get the reference number because they did not provide it to me when I returned the device. When the employee answered, I asked for the reference number. At first, he told me that I could find it on the paper I received when I returned the device. When I told him that there was no reference number on the paper, he completely changed his answer and said that a reference number does not exist “there is nothing as a reference number, it does not exist “ this is what he told me. I find this very frustrating because I was given completely different information within the same conversation. If employees do not know how to communicate properly or provide customers with the information they need, they should not be working in a position where customer service is required. The last time I called, the employee also became frustrated because he didn’t know anything and was yelling at me because he did not know how to provide the information I was asking for. This is not the way customers should be treated. I have contacted this location several times, and every time I have had a similar experience.
