Had a great experience troubleshooting my new SIM/device with John today - he tried every avenue available to him and dealt with various departments to try to solve my issue. Really chill dude and very personable - he made the whole ordeal as painless as possible. We weren’t able to get a concrete answer as to why my new SIM wasn’t working, however the line he contacted recommended waiting 24 hours from the time of my bill payment so it is reflected on their end, and then turning my device off/on. Hopefully it ends up working. If not I was instructed to just return with my photo ID so they are able to smoothly convert me to an e-SIM.
Everyone at the store is as friendly and courteous as possible, as well as knowledgeable about their services/devices.
