  The customer service representative, John, was incredibly helpful. With his assistance I picked out a new cell phone that I am exceptionally happy with, and had fun doing so. I'd give 6 Stars if I could.

  Absolutely horrible company, tried to unlock a old phone that was locked by virgin plus, had to go through 3 different sessions of A.I to get to a real customer service representative just to receive 0 help and they even said they couldn’t unlock the phone even though the phone was locked by virgin plus, If I could I’d give negative star rating.
