  Went to white oaks mall in london ontario and dealt with Carlos. He was fantastic and helpful in so many ways. He set up an account for my mother and made her so happy, she wanted to cry. Thanks for the amazing service Carlos, keep up the amazing work

  I was helped by a very nice man named John. He looked up the best deal for a new phone and explained everything very clearly. He even checked up on me the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly on my phone.

  I will ONLY go INTO a Virgin store from now on. I wanted to transfer my daughters’ numbers into their own name to build their credit. In the end, I had to sit for two hours on the phone and got sold a new phone line for each of them. It was a huge struggle to activate the phones. I finally went into a Virgin store at White Oaks and the sales representative, John fixed everything for me. I will no longer be doing things online or over the phone and will go into a store!
