  tell me to pick up the package in the location 14km away from me. not everyone has a car to do this. if you need money to deliver it again, just allow me to change the delivery options on the website. I can do nothing except going there. 14km!!!

  They never deliver the packages, they just arrive and leave the note that says “sorry, we missed you” and they don’t mind doing their job, they just mark as if one is not at home, they don’t even call the buzz

  FedEx took 4 days from when the shipping notice was done to actually update the tracking information. Then I spent 2 days waiting for a shipment because it required a signature. They kept changing the delivery time and eventually had to go pick it up. The delivery time was changed 4 times over 36 hours with no explanation yet they could call and leave a message that the package was on the way. Ironically the company who shipped this package also sent another smaller one through Canada Post and it was received in 2 days 🤷‍♀️

  Totally disastrous experience. I handed over a package three days ago, and it still hasn’t even been scanned. When I called customer service, they told me I would have to go back to the location and ask them myself. Honestly, that’s just ridiculous.

  I had a food order that has meat and veggies go to the wrong address. Fixed it with the company and the food went back to your warehouse. You were supposed to deliver it next day, which is irritating that I couldn't just pick it up. Well next day arrives and you decide your not going to deliver it till the next day again. Guess what? My meat and likely veggies for the meals is no longer trust worthy being in a box with ice packs for 3 days or more. So thanks for that...
