- III.PSep 3, 20261.0Extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service. I came to this Bell store specifically to get a SIM card and arrived 30 minutes before the advertised closing time. I was told that it was “too late” and that they would not serve me because setting up a SIM card takes too long. I travelled to the store in heavy rain and strong wind, only to be turned away half an hour before closing. If your staff stop serving customers 30 minutes before the posted closing time, then your actual business hours should reflect that. I understand that some services may take time, but turning away a customer who arrives well before closing without any warning is simply unacceptable. I wasted my time and made the trip for absolutely nothing. Very poor service. I definitely did not expect this kind of treatment from Bell.
