  I am disappointed with my experience. After completing the application, pre-screening questionnaire, and phone interview, I was told that I was the best match for the position and that the client would contact me within 48 hours. After waiting several days with no update, I followed up multiple times over the next three weeks. Each time, I was simply asked to keep waiting, but I never received any clear communication about the status of my application. When I requested to be considered for other opportunities, I was informed that my profile could not be processed for another role while this application remained active. I later requested that my application be withdrawn if there was no progress and was asked to send an email, but I still did not receive a response. I understand that hiring decisions ultimately depend on the client and that delays can happen. However, candidates deserve timely updates and transparent communication. Being left waiting for weeks without a clear answer while being unable to apply for other opportunities through the agency was frustrating and disappointing. I hope Adecco improves its communication process so that future candidates have a better experience.

  Not a real office. Doors always locked. Nobody inside. Nobody answers phone calls. Location on Wellington is permanently closed as well. Probably taking in government grants. Someone should investigate this.
