  Very disappointing experience. We visited the store for ID verification as instructed by customer care, but the staff member ASH was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Instead of assisting us, she refused without any clear reason and even gave incorrect information, asking us to tell customer care that the verification was already done when it wasn’t. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and showed a lack of basic customer service skills. She did not communicate properly with customer care and handled the situation very poorly. Later, we visited another store where a staff member handled everything professionally and completed our ID verification immediately without any issues. This clearly shows the difference in service. The experience at this location was frustrating and unacceptable.

  Ash was really patient when helping me upgrade my plan. excellent customer service they explained things thoroughly and i would recommend this location specifically because of her and Chris.

  Rico was amazing. He was extremely helpful in cancelling on service and setting up another. He is very knowledgeable and a very pleasant person to work with.

  My husband and I went to the Virgin Mibile booth at Fairway Park Mall in Kitchener, ON to discuss service while in Mexico. Chris Virgin Mobile was the person who helped us. He told us Virgin did not have a plan but told us about the US Canada Mexico promotion going on. He also told us about the savings we could get because I work at Shred-Tech. He was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He made sure we were able to keep our phone numbers, we were activated on the new plan. We would recommend him to anyone. He is an asset to your team.
