  Horrible customer service!!! Go somewhere else!!! I was very disappointed with my experience at Virgin+ in Fairview mall. I was setting up my daughter's phone for her birthday. Virgin sent me to this location to pick up a sim card to put in my daughter's phone for her number. However, when I arrived, they refused to sell me one!! They said that they need to set the phone up on site and that I could not but a sim card! I don't know if they ate on commission and just wanted the sale or if this company has no idea what they are doing, but I am discussed. I delt wish Ash at Virgin+.

  I have been a customer for over 10 years, rarely do I ever need to call to talk to a live person...but i needed to today. They added a new automated process which makes it absolutely impossible to talk to someone. They make you do a call back instead of waiting on the phone for someone. I got hung up twice trying to pick a time in a time frame that wasn't disclosed to me to choose from. During my call back the person I was finally able to talk to, transferred me to another department and guess what....got the automated process again which made me select another call back...the next day. I am seriously considering going with another company because if it is this hard to talk to a live person and not spend hours upon hours trying to get something solved for me....I dont want this service. Their customer service used to be a strong 10/10...now it is easily a 0/10.
