I went here today to transfer from Lucky to Bell. This (male) associate demanded some paperwork that I didn’t have in hand. When I wanted clarification on why exactly he needs that, he reprimanded me in front a whole lot of people. I walked out with the intention of never stepping foot here again. Went to the Walmart across the parking lot and they helped me out in a matter of minutes. Mind you I was still missing some paperwork. But that didn’t stop Walmart from getting the job done( and in a very respectful manner). I have no idea what this person’s problem was today. I honestly didn’t expect such treatment from a Canadian(I genuinely hope they aren’t). BE CAREFUL IF YOU’RE COMING HERE

Ahmed is amazing. Helpful and does it with such patience, explaining and working for his customers. I came in Saturday and explained my situation from a previous experience and he assured me none of that was the case, was inquisitive, took the time to hear my concern, and helped me- ultimately achieving exactly what I came in for regardless of what time I arrived . He showed me how to complete what I was requiring to be done- at home and offered his services the next day if I was unable. He is a true example of what customer service is and by the sounds of all the reviews here- he treats everyone the exact same way, with professionalism and respect. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for support with their mobility needs.

Ahmed was incredibly helpful with me. Restoring my phone back to normal from a minor virus, that I uploaded an app, and cleared things up. He was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of my phone, the apps. Highly recommend.

Amed, was very knowledgeable as to my choices for my locked phone. I was prepared to buy a new phone expensive yes...but he suggested an alternative that proved very much to my liking 👍. Thank you Amed and Bell.

Ahmed was a huge help in getting me switched over to Bell and setting up my new phone. He made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free, and took the time to make sure everything was set up properly. Great service and very friendly — 10/10, would definitely recommend!!
