I had been transferred to the fifth agent but the problem was still not solved. Very frustrated! Next day, we met Cris who worked at the Bell store at Fairway Mall on Friday Aug 14, 2026 evening. He sincerely helped us without hesitation despite, he explained, the Bell’s online agents should able to help in a flash because it is online order, not a store order. He helped us anyway. Bell should have more agents like him instead of passing the responsibility to other. Thanks Cris.
