  Purchased a phone(and watch) at the Virgin kiosk. Excellent service, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Dominic assisted me in purchasing a new phone, best suited for my needs and at the best price able. Dominic assured the setting up of my new purchases, and ensuring all my data was transferred-you will not get this help without a kiosk location and excellent staff. Despite Dominic being at the end of his shift., he stayed well overtime to finish assisting me. This is the kind service you want receive. 😁

  I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max from the Bell store at Fairview Mall and signed a contract with Bell. Since purchasing the device, I have been experiencing ongoing network issues. I contacted Bell customer service multiple times, but unfortunately, no solution was provided. When you are purchasing something, the staff are very welcoming and attentive. However, when you return with a complaint or need assistance, you are ignored and treated completely differently. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Today, I decided to visit the store for assistance, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. One of the employees was extremely rude and made me feel like I had done something wrong by asking for help with a service I am paying for. The staff told me the issue might be a hardware problem with the phone and suggested I visit Apple. I went to Apple, where they ran diagnostics and confirmed that there was no hardware issue with the device. When I returned to the Bell store with this information, the same employee continued to be rude and dismissive. As a customer, I feel very disappointed and helpless. I am paying for Bell’s service and simply wanted assistance with an issue that remains unresolved. Instead of receiving support, I was treated poorly and made to feel unwelcome. This experience has left me extremely frustrated with both the customer service and the lack of accountability in resolving my network issue.

  Simon was fantastic. He helped our 80 year father in law set up the phone. He walked it through the process witn patience and he made sure he was all set up. Best service. Thanks Simon!!!
