Professionalism at an all time low. David should learn how to talk to people. Not a great representation of Virgin Mobile

Outstanding service from start to finish! David and Jayesh were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me choose the right phone. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you, David and Rijesh, for the exceptional service. Highly recommend this Virgin store!

There are not enough stars for Jayesh...*****++++++ I have dealt with Jayesh few years ago at another virgin kiosk. His knowledge of the phones, plans etc are amazing!!! I trust him completely to help me acquiring my new Samsung phone !! Walked me through step by step and answered any questions I had. He is an asset to your company . I was extremely excited when I saw him as i just stopped by the kiosk to look. From there everything fell into place and I'm very happy with my new samsung & the best customer service by Jayesh. Kudos !!!!! C.J.🤗

David and Tyler were fantastic and answered all my questions and assisted me in setting up my new phone! These boys need a raise and 5 stars for each of them! Thanks again guys I’ll be back when I need you! David saved me from being scammed out of $120 at the Princess store!! I will only deal with the Cataraqui location from now on. Thanks guys 😁
