  After having a not so great experience at another bell store I attended the RioCan location and was helped by Jackie, Jocelyn and Alex. They were absolutely amazing, they ensured I was well taken care of (and my young baby) had me all set up with a new phone with no issues at all. And when I left something at the store they called me immediately and even ran it out to my car for me so I wouldn’t have to unload my baby in the rain. Highly recommend this location and these employees.

  I recently visited the store and had an amazing experience with Shivam. I am never good with tech and the transfer processes but he made it easy. I really appreciate the efforts and energy he put and went beyond to make me understand everything in detail.

  Avoid this location. They are useless and will rip you off. Go to the Corporate store in the Cataraqui Mall. They are helpful and fixed all the problems that this locations screwed up.

  I have NEVER left a review before, but after the atrocious experience I had last week, I feel obligated to mention this. The man I dealt with, named Alex, over-explained everything to the point that the information became confusing rather than helpful, and his tone made the interaction feel unnecessarily uncomfortable. He also repeatedly cleared his throat, hawking up mucus into his mouth throughout the entire interaction, to the point that it became extremely distracting and honestly quite unpleasant. At one point, I looked around to see if someone else could help me, but I was met with looks of sympathy from the other workers. Overall, I left feeling frustrated rather than helped. I would hope that the staff could be more respectful, concise, and mindful of how they communicate with customers.

  Unfortunately my husband and I cannot recommend the RioCan Location. The two male staff working were singularly unhelpful and could be best described as uncaring as they avoided answering all questions regarding their lack of stock. We were told that the Cat Centre location didn’t answer their phone so they were very reluctant to locate the hub at another store, we had been sent by Bell to the RioCan store to pickup. When I took out my phone to call the other store myself, the necessary call was placed and answered. Five days and numerous tech visits later and all our services are still down. Just another bad experience for us with Bell as a service provider.
