  Had a great experience with Afsh at the Bell store! I went in to get a new SIM card, and everything was awesome from start to finish. The service was quick, professional, and very friendly. Afsh made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend visiting if you need any help with Bell service

  This isn't a problem with the actual place, more with Bell's customer service in general. Bell's customer service sucks. The "technical support" know less than a high school graduate. I had to argue with the customer support for 2 HOURS because one person just refused to accept that cables longer than 15 inches even existed in the world. He just kept saying that they don't exist and no one makes them. I don't even know what kind of training he received to be so misinformed about such common knowledge. I even told him that I had a cable in front of my that was 20m long but it just didn't work and he said that yeah we stopped making those??? Did he just think that the entire fibre optic network that runs the world's internet is a conspiracy and that no fibre optic cable is actually that long??? One technical support agent didn't even know that bell had a new router and cable! I had to inform them that bell actually had a new Giga hub 2.0 and a new cable that came with it and she just said "we don't make that, you must be talking about Roger"??? How do I, a CUSTOMER know more THAN YOUR OWN TECHNICAL SUPPORT. She just kept repeating that she would send a technician over (not even for free, she wanted to charge me for that) and didn't answer a single question because apparently she just didn't know that bell had a new router. This has to be the first company where the customer support is so bad that it's not even better than nothing. It's worse, because with the customer support you end up spending hours of your time arguing with people who know nothing about their own products just to get no answers, whereas if you just don't contact customer support at all you could actually use those hours into looking for an actual answer online! It's a real shame that bell's wifi is one of the best around because the customer support is so abysmal.
