  Liars and Con Artists. These guys only care about lining their pockets with commission The more money they rob you of, the more money they make. They'll keep shoving accessories you never asked for down your throat, and tell you they are free or promotional. Then they open a line of credit in your name to Bill you for it all. These stores make more money off the accessories than they do from anything else in that industry. Most of it is low quality crap from China priced and promoted as a premium product, packed in misleading packaging and promoted as their own brand made in Canada. This is not a Bell store! It is a Privately owned Bell Dealer Store, not managed or operated by Bell.

  I was told by the sales guy ( not Zach) that it would cost me $120. for him to help me switch to my new iPhone 17 and I was very sceptical. I contacted Virgin kiosk in the Cat centre and guys were great and saved me from being scammed! They did it for me at no charge!

  Well, the gentleman that helped me in store by the name of Zac was above and beyond helpful trying to help me with my new iPhone. It was a very stressful morning as it took 3.5hrs going back and forth with different departments repeatedly for the same information. Zac gets 5 stars from me but Bells understanding of the situation was beyond incomprehensible. I have never seen anything this bad. You need to train your support teams to no end.
