One staff member told her to come back in and hour so he could help her upgrade her phone and when she came back, he went to lunch and the other employee refused to help her and told her to come back in another half hour. Staff members were impatient, short tempered and we felt like we were bothering them. I will not be going back to this location. I was trying to upgrade my phone to the newest model and thought maybe I’d be treated with more respect. I guess this is why everything’s being done online or by phone. Nasty experience

We got a great price on internet and phone plan for our home all thanks to him. He was extremely patient with us, explained the options and finalize our new account, including scheduling the replacement of our very old modem. Once I received the first bill, I had lot of questions about it, and he patiently clarified the invoice and answered my questions regarding next payments. Thanks again, Cuong, for your excelent client service!

Sales consultant Ricky Chambers went above and beyond to make our new phone purchase as seamless as possible. It was a more complicated case than usual for a variety of reasons, but Rick provided a lot of over-the-phone, as well as in person, support! He even texted in the evening, on his own time, to make sure everything was working well with the new phone! Kudos and thank you Rick!
