- SHSharlyn or Harry2 days ago5.0I had phone troubles last week. Took my phone into the Huntsville Bell store - had to go to the store 3 times, through my own fault. After my first visit, the staff rememebered me and my tale of woe the week before, so it was homecoing day when I returned. I had a super great experience. They worked on my phone, got it up and running lickety split. We had lots of fun conversations and anecdotes to share. Very professional staff, who truly know what they're doing. I highly recommend the Bell store in Huntsville. Thanks for the awesome service. Sharlyn White

Lots was involved as I am an overseas customer all the way from Australia! You were methodical, quick and so professional even though a few customers appeared and needed your attention and all my ID was foreign. It was all sorted out in record time and it was so refreshing to have your upbeat and positive attitude throughout the interaction... it's so is rare these days and I appreciated it. Thank you again. - SCScott ClaytonMay 12, 20261.0It would be nice to have someone IN CANADA to talk to. Trying to cancel service from these incompetent support services staff is exhausting. In end when it was cancelled I had a refund due.... they would not except the fact that the location I moved to did not provide Bell access for services..... and I understand why this building does not want Bell !!!!!
